January 13, 2015 Riding south passing through Sur (A coastal town on the Gulf of Oman) Johan noticed the tire was losing pressure so we decided to ride to a gas station at Ras Al Hadd to fill up and check the tire. Once all of us fueled up and did a quick tire check it was apparent that the tube needs changing but we were running late and had very little time to search for a camping location and darkness will set soon. Plan B was to ride to Al Naseem Camp take care of the tube issue which was easy as Johan was packing a new tube and the necessary tools to carry out the repairs.
